Returns Policy – Etéreo Collection

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our returns policy below.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery provided that items are:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached
  • Returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale Items

Sale or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for refund unless faulty, unless otherwise required by law.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Refund

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Earrings
  • Swimwear 
  • Gift cards

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if faulty)

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
