Australia Post is used for all deliveries within Australia.

Express Shipping: 1-3 days | $15 for all orders Australia-wide

Please note: we are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post. If your parcel has been shipped but has not yet arrived, Australia Post could be experiencing delays; please check their website for updates.
Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided, risk passes to the customer. If you authorise delivery without a signature, we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered by Australia Post.
Returns
Items may be returned:
Within 14 days of delivery.
Unworn, unwashed, unmarked and in original condition.
If all tags are intact and still attached.
Products cannot be returned, and refunds will not be issued if:
Items are not in their original condition, are damaged, stained, or have missing parts, not due to our error.
Tags have been removed.
14 days have expired since your order was received.

Cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to confirm, and the refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment. Please email in case of any difficulties with your refund.

Refund to your original method of payment.
Gift card to the value of your return.
Exchanges may be possible depending on stock.
Faulty or incorrect items
We have stringent quality and manufacturing checks in place to ensure all our products reach you in perfect condition.
All items are carefully handmade, and our hand block-printed fabrics occasionally have small discrepancies, which cannot be considered defects.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us within 14 days of delivery.

Where possible, we will send a replacement or provide an alternative option.
If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund or gift card.
Please note that faults equate to manufacturing issues such as broken zips, open seams and tears. Items damaged from incorrect care, make-up, stains, and wear do not qualify.
